How do I share Reports with multiple Customers?
To share a report with multiple users, type the names separated by a comma.

How can I increase the size of bar charts?
If the size of the bar charts is too small, it's because too many different data points are being shown at the same time.
Remove categories to increase visibility.
You can also hide the categories visually by clicking on their respective name
Increase the chart size by dragging the borders to your desired dimension
Why is my chart not loading?
If the chart is not loading there might be an issue with the data or the chart configuration. To check if it is because of the configuration, click on the 
Icon of your chart. Save the settings without changing anything and check the error message.
How do I configure a chart, to see the highest frequency count?
Create a column chart and enable the Statistics option. A Configs field will appear where you can choose predefined measures. Choose Max.
Can I exclude counting data from certain time periods?
With the filter option on almost every chart type, you can exclude any set amount of time, day, week or similar values. One common use case is the exclusion of counting data before and after opening hours. The example below will display data from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-17:00 only.
How can I display the counting numbers in the chart?
Enable the labels enabled option in the chart settings
Why is my Weather Data not showing?
In order for weather data to be displayed, certain conditions need to be met:
There is a weather data assigned to the desired location. Go to the locations tab to check the locations
The granularity must be set to day
All data sources need to be a location with the same weahter data assigned
You can't display weather data while displaying counting data from e.g. Zurich and Basel, as both have different Weather locations assigned to them (if set up correctly)
If both locations are in Zurich, e.g. a library and a shop in Zurich, the weather data will be displayed
