User deactivation

For security reason if user is not log in more than 5 months, he will receive email that he has not logged in for a long time and if he does not log in within the next 30 days he will be automatically deactivated.

If user has not logged in for more than 5 months and 3 weeks, he will receive email with the information that he will be automatically deactivated if he does not log in within the next 7 days.

After 7 days, he will be deactivated.
